i am very interested in getting crisis of conscience being fully available as soon as possible.
march 12th will mark exactly three months since the cease-and-desist letter was written.. i understand that things are slow and that deborah may be sick, but i was just wondering if anyone knew the status.
i have been asked twice already where the book can be obtained in spanish and i have told people that the book is not available.. there are ways to make ebooks extremely hard to share.
i think in a years time you will still be waiting.
If anyone was to ask me for it i would just either email them the pdf or point them to it on the internet, I might also suggest the official version might be being made available at some point and they should seek that out if and whenever that does in fact become available, (but then again i might not)

Step back, look at it objectively and have a damn good think as others have already said.
She will be the main one in the firing line over this sort of infringement of stupid cult rules, she will then have to choose to continue seeing you or not, if she continues to date you against their interference then more problems will come her way.

well it finally happened!
we have been waiting about a year for this, my dfd husbands family asked us for money.
even though his own father hasn't met our 8 month old son.
By allowing yourself to be manipulated into giving in and rewarding poor behaviours you are enabling them.
so as a young boy bored and wanting to stretch my legs i would sometimes take a trip into the toilet just to get away from the main meeting room.
did my little mind know what certain sounds were coming from behind the cubical?
no.. but now in my 30s i'm fully aware what that sound was.

i know ttatt for a few years now (first thread was over 14 years ago) but i am still in.
right now i have this hunger for peoples experiences who left the truth.
especially those higher ups have a lot of good stories to tell.
i knew a man who went to meetings with his family year in year out and clearly didnt want to be there, he was upset by various changes in doctrine I was told and his protest was a silent one of stoic non participation.
Eventually he died. I'm not sure what his point was in going all those years or what he was hoping to avoid in doing so, but it was a pitiful sorry waste in any case. He earned good money, had a good job, had a nice home and a seemingly pleasant family. Maybe his wife wore the trousers.

A memorial about 6 years ago was my last ever meeting, i went to appease my mother, but she made a good point in that i had missed 3 months of meetings by then and to miss the memorial would seem too final and would send the wrong message.
I reluctantly agreed with that assessment and went, i sat in the back row with other misfits and had a laugh, the mental relief of knowing it was my last ever meeting was fantastic.
I havent set foot in a kingdumb hall since and intend to keep it that way.
Freedom is worth it.
